SMALL PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS

$75/hour OR flat rate: $400/day (6-8 hours)

SMALL EVENTS WITH UNDER 20 PPL

(such as baby showers, bridal showers, workshops etc.)

  • fully decorated, set up, and dismantled for you

  • $200 per hour

    ** excludes wedding ceremonies **

LARGE EVENTS WITH OVER 20 PPL

(reunions, staff parties, birthdays and anniversaries)

  • fully decorated, set up, and dismantled for you

  • $250 per hour

    ** excludes wedding ceremonies/receptions **

ON SITE WEDDINGS

(we host micro-weddings on site. The barn currently holds 50 persons max)

  • packages include the following:

    • ceremony ONLY

    • ceremony + cocktail hour

    • ceremony + reception

    • FULL: ceremony/reception/day of coordinating

  • please inquire below for wedding package price points

  • photography time for weddings is granted at $100/hour

  • inquire for off site wedding decorating and rentals

LUXE PICNICS

(hosting services available on site or at the beach/your preferred location)

  • Simple picnic of 2-3 people: $350 minimum. (on site or off site).

    ** Excludes proposal picnics **

  • Picnic of 2 hours on site with 3-8 people max: $500 plus hst

    • includes a picnic set up in the willows/barn, a dessert tier, lemon water, full tablescape, speakers, and a lawn game of choice.

  • Larger picnic of 2+ hours with over 10 people: $650 plus hst

    • Includes a picnic set up on site or off, a dessert tier, lemon water, full tablescape, speakers, and a lawn game of choice. (add a charcuterie board for $150)

EVENT + PICNIC ADD-ONs

(add to the magic with charcuterie boards, takeout options, Balloon arches, fresh florals and more to your package).

CHARCUTERIE BOARDS

  • Full spread: $15/person

  • Individual cones: $8/person

    ** local takeout options also available: ie. the Fig, Dybosia, West Coast etc. **

STAGING DESIGN/DECOR + TRAVEL

(Allow me to curate the space/studio of your dreams)

$50 consult fee/initial meeting and event management guidance

  • Staging/Decorating: $125/hour

  • Local rental travel fee: $150 flat rate

    • (Ripley, Kincardine, Point Clark, Amberley).

      ** Inquire for rates for farther travel. ** Rental rates are listed under the “rentals” tab

    • Damage fee: $75 standard (maintenance of rental items, breakage, stains etc.)

    • Cleaning fee: don’t wish to clean up and clear your hall after the wedding/ event? Let us take care of it. $550-650 fee
